I specifically go here (Despite it being a 30 minute drive) because the staff are extremely kind, never have issues, and they communicate everything you need to know upfront. Jodie, Jemm, and Kim all assisted me and they were phenomenal to work with. The doctor and assistant are great at educating and keeping you informed. I've been going to Montecito Town Center Dental Group for over a decade. The front staff is always kind and efficient. Today Brody did a great job cleaning and flossing my teeth. He was professional and kind. Dr. Calloway is always a treat and an expert in her field. I felt welcome the whole time!

For overall service I give this place a 5 Star for cleanliness, friendliness and care.The reason I bumped it down to a 4 * is because when they were "delivering" my implant they KNEW it would be painful by her comments and yet didn't incorporate numbing for the procedure. I felt like my jaw was cracking and it was extremely painful. She did ask me if I wanted to be numbed AFTER because she had to take the tooth off for adjustment and put me through the pain AGAIN. I just don't understand why a shot of painkiller before the procedure isn't STANDARD especially when they know it it is painful from other patients comments. It should be STANDARD because it was ridiculously painful even though I have a high pain tolerance. The pain just wasn't necessary.
